You're invited to Shangri-La's most renown adult aerial dance class: Our community and returning clientele have all received top quality services from Shangri-La Aerial Arts over the years and it's our pleasure to continue providing these unique aerial dance classes and instruction. Focus on progressive aerial silks curriculum. Come as you are and work with what you have currently. Each week we build on the previous lesson plan so each student gets review time and new skills to add on. Each individual is focused on as needed in order to make progress consistently. Adult skill levels including novice - advanced are welcome. What to expect from classes: Aerial silks focused Group warm-up for injury prevention practice, core lesson plan (changes every 2 to 3 weeks or as needed), group cool-down and stretching lesson. Cancellation Policy
If I miss class can I do a make-up class? Yes, each student is allotted one make-up class per month as long as the scheduled class was canceled 24 hours prior to the start time. Please contact us to move your missed class to the next available booking option. No call / no shows are not refundable and will not be applicable to this make-up class policy.
